Non-English Speaking Patients

 

If you know of a patient who may have difficulties explaining their symptoms to a doctor or nurse - we have access to a Language Line Translation Service.

This can be used whilst the patient is in the consulting room by using the telephone to access an interpreter who will assist the patient to explain their symptoms and enable the doctor to treat the patient and advise them accordingly.
